Eco provides APIs and smart contracts for moving stablecoins between supported blockchains. Use the Routes API to request a quote, fund a transfer, and track its status. Use Programmable Addresses for the supported deposit flows, or Sauce to compose onchain execution.

How a transfer works

For a solver-filled cross-chain route:
  1. You request a quote for a source token, destination token, amount, and recipient.
  2. You verify the quote and authorize funding on the source chain.
  3. A solver fulfills the intent on the destination chain.
  4. A prover reports fulfillment so the solver can claim its source-chain reward.
An intent describes the requested destination outcome and the reward for delivering it. The source-chain reward is held in a per-intent vault. Unfulfilled intents have a refund path subject to the contract’s conditions; a refund is a separate transaction. See Intents and Vaults for the lifecycle. Other route shapes can include multiple intents or bridge-specific steps; see Intent types.

Choose a starting point

Make your first transfer

Use the Routes CLI to explore a transfer from your terminal.

Integrate the Routes API

Build a backend integration with quote verification, funding, and status tracking.

Explore the platform

Compare transfers, deposit addresses, and programmable execution.

Build with AI agents

Give your coding agent the documentation and integration skills.

Next steps

Set up your environment before making requests. Check supported chains and tokens for coverage; quote availability also depends on the requested route, amount, and available liquidity.
